Over the course of her career, she has served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller for multiple organizations, where she directed accounting operations, shaped financial strategy, and implemented systems that improved operational efficiency.
She is an active CPA and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA).

He is a member of CAI (Community Associations Institute) and has participated in industry events since 2003 both at the national and local level. Mr. Latz has two national certifications from CAI: CMCA and AMS. Both certifications are given after taking and passing training and educational classes. He has written several articles for the local CAI publication since getting involved in community association management.
Mr. Latz obtained his MBA from the University of Minnesota in 1993.
